SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you aren’t satisfied with your product please email us at hello@natreve.com with your LOT code, expiration date, and product information including the product name and flavor, indicating the reason you’re not happy. We want to help and review all requests on a case-by-case basis in order to determine whether a return or exchange is appropriate.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We want people everywhere to enjoy our products, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Please note that Natreve Ltd is not responsible for duty, tariffs, taxes and other fees incurred for orders shipped to destinations outside of North America.

We use the top couriers to keep shipping cost affordable for you. Please note that shipping estimates for parcel arrival dates are approximations, not guarantees. Natreve Ltd assumes no responsibility for delayed or lost shipments.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery and shipment times will vary depending upon country. In general, we provide the following estimates:

- Within Continental USA: 2 to 4 business days

- Outside North America: min 15 business days. If you require your shipment earlier, expedited shipping is available for some countries and additional charges will apply.

All our products are manufactured in USA.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

24-36 months from production on most items.

For best quality, please consume each product before the “BEST BY” date noted on the product label.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN GENETICALLY MODIFIED INGREDIENTS?

None of our products contain any genetically modified ingredients.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

All our products are 100% certified gluten-free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN-FRIENDLY?

All products in our vegan collection and wellness products are free of any animal-sourced ingredients.

DO YOUR PRODUCT CONTAIN ALLERGENS LIKE MILK, WHEAT, AND NUTS?

None of our products contain soy. Please review the ingredients in each product to assess whether other any allergens are present.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE ANY CERTIFICATIONS?
