How can I get a good night’s sleep?
How can I stay asleep at night?
Why am I not sleeping!!??! Ahhhh!!
If you’re looking to shake up your routine, get the sleep you need, and move with a Spring (pun intended!) in your step, I have three easy tips for you to incorporate today.
Adding these into your routine will have people asking you what you’re doing to look so good and with so much energy (with or without coffee) in the morning. You’ll have to say, “I woke up like this.”
1. It’s 11:30pm, And You Should Be Sleepin’
Getting enough quality sleep plays a massive role in your overall health and wellness and is key to waking up energized. How much you need will vary depending on your own body–you’ll know you’ve had enough when you wake up naturally energized. If you aren’t waking up feeling like Beyoncé, your first step is getting more sleep.
A new tip that I’ve just started incorporating into my nighttime routine, in addition to sleeping in a cool, dark room and going to sleep at the same time every night, is to go tech-free for 20 to 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
If you use your phone as an alarm clock (like me!!), that doesn’t mean you need to have the WiFi on, and it doesn’t mean you (me, we) need to get sidetracked on Instagram when setting your alarm at night.

2. Who Run The World? You!
I like to start my day with a nutrient-packed smoothie to fuel my day, run my world, and prevent cravings for short-term energy pick-me-ups like sweets or caffeine later in the day.
One of my go-to green smoothies is this Packed Green Smoothie with energy-pumping, iron-rich spinach.

3. Wake Up. Flawless.
Waking up flawlessly starts with a flawless sleep routine. I don’t know about you, but if I start my day off calm and relaxed, I find it easy to keep my energy high all day. If I wake up and have a frantic morning, I’ll exhaust my energy before I even start the day.
A flawless sleep routine works for you and gives you the time you need to feel resourced by your sleep.
If you’re looking for some support to help you get better, higher-quality sleep, try Sleep Peaceful.
Sleep Peaceful has a combination of amino acids, including L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine, to promote mood balance and relaxation. It also includes herbs such as Lemon Balm, traditionally used in Herbal medicine as a sleep aid, and 3 grams of Melatonin which has been shown to reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle.
Sleep changes take more time than Spring cleaning your fridge. But stick with it. You may not feel a difference right away, but in time, you’ll feel better, brighter, and more rested.
Once you try Sleep Peaceful, we’d love to hear your thoughts!
