Fave Green Smoothie via @caitlindechiara (serves 1)
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop of your favorite Natreve Unflavored Protein Powder (Vegan or Whey) Handful frozen mango
½ frozen banana
Handful spinach
Directions
Blend all ingredients until combined.
Top with coconut and cacao nibs.
Directions
Add ingredients, in order, to a high-powered blender.
Blend until your desired texture is reached.
Add more liquid or ice if needed.
High Protein Fudge Brownies via @emmabfitnhealthy (makes 12 brownies)
Ingredients
1 mashed banana
2 eggs
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 ¼ cup almond flour
1 scoop of your favorite Natreve Fudge Brownie Protein Powder (Vegan or Whey)
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chips for balls
½ cup dark chocolate chips for dip
Directions
Mix everything except chocolate chips, until combined
Top with chocolate chips
Divide into muffin tin
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 mins
Allow to cool and enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites via @dietitianhannah (makes 12 bites)
Ingredients
1 mashed banana
2 eggs
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 ½ cup oat flour
½ cup peanut butter
1 scoop of your favorite Natreve Peanut Butter Parfait Protein Powder (Vegan or Whey)
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup milk
Splash of vanilla
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix everything except chocolate chips, until combined
Top with chocolate chips
Roll into balls and place onto the parchment-lined sheet and freeze until slightly hard
Melt remaining chocolate chips in microwave safe dish, allow to reach room temp then roll balls in chocolate
Replace on parchment and freeze until chocolate is hard
Remove from the freezer, allow to cool slightly,and enjoy!
