Mixed Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is so good you’ll want to make a double recipe and share one with a friend!

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid (milk, oat beverage, or your favorite plant-based beverage) 
  • 1 scoop of your favorite Natreve French Vanilla Wafer Sundae protein powder (Vegan or Whey
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ banana 
  • Optional: a handful of ice 

Directions

  1. Add ingredients, in order, to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until your desired texture is reached.  
  3. Add more liquid or ice if needed.
